It all started with a simple yet transformative idea: how can we get more employees to actually utilize their health benefits?

We saw, firsthand, just how underutilized company health programs had become. Despite companies (including our own) investing significant resources into comprehensive benefit packages, employee engagement and usage rates often remained frustratingly low.

We knew there had to be a better way.

One that would empower employees to take full advantage of the valuable health resources available to them while also containing costs for employers.

We believe our roots in technology give us a distinct advantage in the healthcare industry.
